Jenni Quintana - Houston TX Territory Manager

Jenni Quintana is our Sales Representative for Showroom Accounts in the Houston Metroplex territory. She has been with Innovative Sales since 1998; started off in office administration and then served as the Marketing Director for 3 years. She obtained her BBA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas in 2005 and finally took the leap to outside sales in 2012. She enjoys working closely with the President and Creative Director to share field knowledge in the goal of incorporating it into our company’s unique marketing approach!

John Stoll - President

John Stoll is the President of Innovative Sales & Marketing Inc. He has an extensive background in sales within the hardware and building materials industry. He has successfully developed close business relationships with major home centers, contract hardware houses, lumber yards, distributors and retailers within Innovative’s six state territories.

Jeff Hickman - DFW, Central TX Territory Manager

Jeff Hickman is our Senior Regional Sales Representative and covers the Central Texas territory. He has brought over 30 years of prior retail and wholesale experience to the agency. His past resume includes sales experience with well known hardware companies such as Amerock and Belwith. Jeff has extensive product knowledge, with expertise in working with high end plumbing showrooms, contract hardware and retail lumber yards.

Jeremy Stoll - South Texas Territory

Jeremy Stoll has been part of the Innovative Sales team since 2006 as a Manufacturer's Sales Representative, servicing the South Texas Territory. Jeremy relies on his extensive experience with retail, customer service, and information systems to help keep his customers informed and up-to-date. He enjoys challenging himself and his manufacturers to create the best solutions for his accounts and territory.

Jay Jordan - S. Arkansas, LA. & MS. Territory

Jay Jordan is our Regional Sales Representative for the Southern Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi territories and comes to us with over 14 years of experience as a manufacturers sales representative in the Hardware, Millwork and Building industries for several well-known manufacturers. Jay has received several professional awards for his commitment and service to both the hardware and millwork industries. He takes great pride in building his relationships with customers and is looking forward to developing new opportunities and relationships throughout his territory.

Gay Lynn Paxton - TX Panhandle, OK, NW Arkansas Territory

GayLynn brings to the team prior high end showroom hardware sales knowledge and she has a background in the construction business. She will take great pride and care in helping our customers increase their sales goals and growing business together with positivity and a great attitude. She is ready and willing to learn, grow and develop great business relationships are the goals she strives for.

Richard Beazley - NM. & El Paso TX Territory

Richard Beazley has been an independent representative for over 36 years and has extensive knowledge in hardware wholesalers and retailers, as well as merchandising experience with major chain stores on setting and planning stores. Planning with the customer for growth and profit is his primary objective for today and the future. His credentials continue to be a valuable asset to Innovative Sales. Richard currently covers both New Mexico and El Paso, Texas.
